Hi, I’m Shannon LyLE, LPC-S.
Shannon has over 20 years of experience working with children and parents in a variety of settings. Shannon’s passion for neurodiverse children and young adults began while working at Early Childhood Intervention. At ECI Shannon assisted with psychological testing and treatment for children and conducted individual therapy for parents and families. During this time, she was able to collaborate with doctors, speech therapists, occupational therapists, nutritionists, and ABA providers and gain a wealth of experience and knowledge.
In addition to ECI, Shannon facilitated groups for over 5 years for neurodiverse adults in an inpatient setting. She has worked in private practice for 19 years providing individual and family therapy for neurodiverse family members. Shannon was a relief instructor at Dallas Baptist University for the college level psychology program. She has also worked for over 10 years in managed care on an Autism Team supporting parents by helping them find providers, resources, and benefits.
Shannon is a certified provider for the Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®). She attended Dallas Baptist University for her Master of Counseling in 2006 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor in the State of Texas.
Shannon’s passion is in helping neurodiverse children and young adults grow in their abilities and skills. She also thrives in supporting parents through the day-to-day challenges that life throws at them. She loves seeing young people and families achieving their goals and thriving.
Millicent Adadevoh is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience as a social worker in a variety of settings working with children, teens and young adults. Her experience includes providing intensive in home services to foster children with a community agency, teaching in a specialized classroom as a certified special education teacher, served families in an autism specific program as a case manager in a health care company. In private practice, she also provides individual, family and couples therapy.
Millicent completed her Master in Social Work at University of Illinois at Chicago and certification as a school social worker at Chicago State University. After moving to Texas in 2008, she continue her passion in education to obtain certification as a special education teacher. Additional certifications include Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), ADHD Clinical Services Provider and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
